As I told the other guy... I know nothing about code But I think this might help ya... This was something I used to code into a skin for a spawning effect as the player spawn in. //============================================================ // // PostBeginPlay // //============================================================ function PostBeginPlay() { local actor HeadSmoke; Super.PostBeginPlay(); HeadSmoke = Spawn(Class'DelRagSmokeFire'); AttachActorToJoint(HeadSmoke, JointNamed('head')); } I know nothing about code

//============================================================ // // Ignite Head Fire // //============================================================ exec function SpawnHeadFire() { local actor HeadSmoke; if ( Health > 0 ) HeadSmoke = Spawn(Class'DelRagSmokeFire'); AttachActorToJoint(HeadSmoke, JointNamed('head'));
}
//============================================================ // // PostBeginPlay // //============================================================
function PostBeginPlay() { local actor HeadSmoke;
Super.PostBeginPlay();
HeadSmoke = Spawn(Class'DelRagSmokeFire'); AttachActorToJoint(HeadSmoke, JointNamed('head')); }
This should tell it to activate on every respawn. As the player is killed it ends the effect. As the player respawns with health again it will be rectivated.

What is it you are attempting to have load as a class? Did you create an effect that you want activated upon every spawn of the player?

i tried that! but for some reason, it goes on the inside of the head, not at the actual eyepoints
its cool if you're into the whole jesus-behind-the-head-halo sorta thing, but personally, i hate it.
hehe, and i killed two birds with one stone on this skin, i figured out howto attach the eyes properly, and i learned howto make 1337 Uber-Skins....maybe ill make a gametype mod with these uber skins hehe....
EDIT: underline is Ustrikeout is S
