As by default, I don't believe anyone has create this to work... As for the possibilities of it working... Yea, I do believe it could be done, though it would have to be worked in as a mod through my level, or a mutator of sorts. I see that it could be possible to recreate the climable vine/rope into DM/mutiplayer, with a few options available...
MyLevel Package - creat a mod that runs along side the mapfile itself
Mutator - Create a new class with settings available for multiplayer.

How difficult would it be? I can see getting a lot of use out of it working. Makes me wish I would have gotten into uscript a bit more.
not sure you needed to define mylevel or mutator for me though. haha

Didn't test multiplayer. Rope/Chain/Vine all draw in singleplayer, but are unusable and have no collision. I'll play with it more in a bit.

Ok, sorry man... I only had about 20 minutes to work on it, then I had to go. I just got home now and saw this, though I am on my way back out for the night. Ill look at this tomorrow to see whats up.

I appreciate the effort, though I found something in the code that is going to limit me a bit anyway. Only one thing is allowed to be attached to the rope at a time, so unless that can be worked around, we'll need multiple vines in any location.

Sorry to say, though I have been searching for a full version of 1.00 build 13 due to having many issues in my Rune directory. None of the climbable feature works in my engine, nor does autoplay, and svaing features. I have been dealing with this for some time now, and it has finally haulted everything I can do in the editor. In other words... SOS, 105Patch, Maps, Skins, etc. are all on stand still.
Hopefully I can find a functioning Rune soon! This is driving me nutz!

Weird. I assume you've tried multiple installs? Really sorry to hear all your projects on hold. I know you'll pull through.
Always happy to mail a copy of my rune cd though, if it's needed.
edit: noticed you need 1.00 b13. can't help you there man. mine is 1.02

LoL, I definately have multiple installs... I think the main issue is that I have copied my original from external drive to internal and visaversa... kinda gives room for header n footer packet errors, as well as corupted data error. Here is a shot of my C:\  Here is a shot of my D:\  I am looking for the earliest version of Rune possible, though anything will keep it going. I can adjust it to the 1.02 code if needed.

thx, some dont work, though im 4% on 1.01 ;D ------------------------------ edited Doh... none of the links seemed to work for the earlier versions. 1.01 failed at 22% 127MB  Thx for the shot though!
