heh...didn't want to bother you but I've been checking for it in the webmail
BTW, I've been working on this (in my opinion) badass map after Zelda...primarily, the Lost Woods from "The Legend of Zelda - A Link to the Past" from Super Nintendo...it was one of the classic overhead viewed games in the Zelda series, many of you guys have played it, im positive on that....
Anywho, I imported some clips of songs from that very game that I was able to find/ and edit, and I somehow managed to get mp3s to work in the RuneEd...and Ive tested the map multiple times in Rune and they have no bugs...all I did was change the Mp3s to Mono and 16 Bit, and all was good to go...
The music is what makes the map so kickass I think, its the same as if you were playing Zelda again, only as Ragnar and in 3D. hahaha, its awesome...Its actually finished...I've just been adding some props here and there for looks and I added a arena like the one in 1on1arenaV2 near the back right of the forest, using the same textures as the rest of the map to blend it in...yes, there is also fog through the entire map like the actual Zelda version of the forest, plus....check the Bushes...near the center when you play it, hehehe...for those of you that played the actual game you will like what you hear if you find what im talking about...I wont say anymore.
All the textures are defualt, the map itself is only 357 Kbs, and I managed to get the sound file down to 2.36Mbs, I know that's still kinda big but it downloaded pretty quick from my other PC, it took about 3 mins max, if that, and yes I was downloading in Rune, not over the Net...hehe.
Anyhow I wont make this book any longer, was just curious if you still planned to send that on over to me. Much appreciated Del!
