ok obviously (no offense) you have no idea at all how to make a skin... rather than typing my whole tutorial over again... go to the Dels Tutorial section please. I don't have 3 hours to do a step by step again. Go to the ini homepage and near lower left of buttons you will see "Del'sTutorials" Go there for more skinning info please. You asked me the last part of skinning at 1st, and now we are at the very beginning=P
If you are brand new to skinning please don't figure i will retype the whole tutorial
***. Creating a character classes for your skin
(Including "weapon.severed limb" classes).
A difficult part of skinning although if you take your time you will see your skins come to life=)
you should already know the Character you are skinning
(eg: PlayerConrack, PlayerDarkWarrior, PlayerDarkViking...etc).
(upper rt culumn) browse to "Classes." Then, in the class list go
to "Pawn >>> Player Pawn >>> RunePlayer >>> (Player Class)"
In this Tutorial I have used the DarkViking...

Once you have located the class, click once on it. Then at the
bottom(rt culumn) click "New." Now you are presented with the "Create new
actor class" box.
"New actor class" field it should say something like "MyPlayerDarkViking." or (what ever model you chose)
You should set this to match the name of your texture file
(eg: DelRagnar)
In the "Package Name" field enter in the exact same name as in the
"New actor class" field, which in my case would be:
(DelRagnar.)
Click "Create this actor class".
A (black)script window pops up, and the new class is added below the
original class in the list to the right:
+DarkViking
DelRagnar
The script window should display something like:
//================================================
// DelRagnar.
//================================================
class DelRagnar expands PlayerDarkViking;
Now, before we get into tying these two sections , you
are going to save this actor class. With your actor class still
selected on the right, click "Save" at the bottom.
Now you have a "texture package", and an "actor package".
Let's make some weapon.severed limb classes.
