GWA?? im a moderator here? weird...i can barely map ok, if any of u other guys EDIT: and\or girls (sorry Queen) can help me PLEASE HELP ME! im making a map (hehehe...phox would know lol) but i need the REST of the map to be a neutral zone, and ONLY the arena to be the killzone, now, i tried the sheet trick...but that didnta work ...im not to sure if u have to add a special brush or something, but when i place the neutral zoneinfo down in the place i want to be the neutral zone, it makes even the arena a neutral zone! Pc

ok.. ill help ya, first ya gotta make a sheet, and do the speacial properties thing (havent been on the ED in a while) the thing where u make the masked wall... make the sheet a portal.. and surround the arena with those, so it makes kinda like a barrier. then inside it put a zoneinfo inside the "barrier" (not the arena) and go into the properties, and somwhere in there theres like killzone-true, make it false... well... im pretty sure thats what ya do, i've done it befor, and well... i havent been on in a LOOOOOOONNNGGGG time so... kinda rusty.. catchyalater -pc

LoL... Make a sheet that closes off all openings to that zone (neutralzone)
go to the top menu to brush/add special... hit the arrow in the browse menu and locate "ZonePortal"
then click "Add"
do that to all openings...
after that go to "classes" in the right column of the Ed. locate " info/zoneInfo" (lft click on it in the rt column) Then place it in the room...
Highlight the ZoneInfo and rt click on it to bring up its properties. After you open its properties you will see "ZoneInfo" near the bottom of the properties window.(click on the " - " to open the subs for this class) find "NeutralZone" and make it true... Then rebuild Geometry, and enjoy =) Sorry if this was too late, or already done... I just noticed it =P Pc Deliverance
