My personal input:
Overall great work for a new mapper ;D

My Detailed Input:
The Arena: Love it!
- Interesting lighting
- Nice size and dimension
- Good layout of interesting decor

The Spawn Area: Not loving it as much
- Interesting color tones used, though use the lighting to make the colors not colored floor rugs as wall textures.
- Weapon area is a bit hard to tell what weapons are what. Unless you have the handles memorized.
- The brush that your weapons are in has roof shingles on it, and they are not parallel to the floor. They are crooked

I think if the weapon room was redone in a smaller scale, and made to match the theme of the arena, this would be an all around great arena map. This is only my opinion, though I know most like a matching theme throughout the map, and that arena really does look damn nice. Your spawn and weapon room take away from this maps true potential.

Again... This is a great map bro, you are getting there very fast ;D

Del, this version I think I really like the spawn room, wanted your opinion on it. (Thinking about what you said about the older verison, I didn't really like it anymore either, lol.) I just don't know where to put the weapons in a place that would make it look nice.

Also, yeah the sky is broken if you look at it. I need to fix it too, lol.

Map looks good bro.
I hate to make one last opinion, cause I know your probably ready to move on to another map... though the textures in the spawn/weapon room are stretched a lot. I would recommend to "right click" on the texture of the wall and choose "Align Selected/Align Wall Direction", then "right click" on the texture of the wall again and choose "Align Selected/Align Wall Panning".
This will make the textures defaulted in scale.
The final touches are what make people enjoy a map, so it might be worth one last bit of effort
