I'm having trouble with server crashers lately. vr00m-vr00m changed the admin pass, so did ShHh..
Now the question: does one of u guys have a mod against this?

You need the LLOD mod(last line of defense)
I'm not sure where you can get it, try and google it maybe
It stops that map changing crash, also critter's kicker is good fa dealing wid lamers apparently

I've got Critters Kicker, but it can only ban Server Crashers. Some Server Crashers like ShHh.. and semml can return when I've banned them. And sorry, but I couldn't get Last Line Of Defense.
