Just to clear the air a bit here...
I think what Ryan is attempting to say here is that he has much knowledge of the editor and is down to help out the public when they are in need. You did explain it to me in deeper detail, allowing a better understanding for the issue you are having. He knows I have very little time right now, and is only tryin to help you out Smoke. I hear Ryan getting upset in his words, though honestly... all he is tryin to say is if you gave him more info he could possibly help you out. anyhow...
you already got the answer you were lookin for right?... Well then we are all good I figure.

Ok guys... An outsiders opinion... Look at runegameproductions.com (all authors were chosen by myself) and Phox is a 'definate' for that list of top creators. Smoke... You know I like your work as well, though Phox knows WAY more about the deep rooted things in the editor than about 95% of the mappers out there. Anything you ask him he will most likely have the full answer for you. He IS and always will be a top mapper in this community. NOBODY has room to rag on his skills. There are not many mappers out there that use a method of structuring in their maps like Phoxxxy does. He uses many odd shapes and brushes to design his works of art. Nothing is square! This is something that is very hard in the editor, and you know that Smoke. That is enough sh*t talk in our forums, cause you are ripping on one of our best friends in the game, as well as one of the biggest support persons in the Rune community. As for your maps... Yes they are nice, though I will be honest in what I say. Nothing I have seen shows the skills of Phox. Yes the art is very different, and you might not appreciate a loose structured design, though just because you do not see it as a great map... Many people would disagree with your statements. Enough is enough! |
