eating right and lots of cardio, i have already cut out soda in my ife that was my biggest problem

Yeah.. All soda does is make you dehydrated, and is loaded with caffeine and sugar which isn't good for you either.

i havent had great abs since i was in football after that i just kinda...went...eh... so last august i cut out soda and decided to start running , and yesterday for the first time...there it was the sighting of the six pack , so now ima do alot more crunches to get that hoe flowing again... btw undertaker what cardio are u going to do? running, jogging,basketball... and do you lift weights?

i will lift wieghts when i get close to my goal wieght as for cardio first its going to be walking then jogging then running need to take it one step at a time. cuz i wiegh 300pds so take it slow at first.

Yeah dude, all you need to do is eat right excercise and make sure your body recovers correctly (at least 8 hours of sleep, drinking enough water, streching before and after workouts, etc.). If you need any workout tips, just ask. I run track, and run/workout/lift everyday. I know a ton about dieting and training.
