384 Error

Every time i try to load a map i make or any other map in the game it loads with the log and everything but then a popup comes up and says 384 error cannot maximize/minimize form but im not touching any thing. I tried to re-install rune several times and downloading editor and replacing files in windows system directory but nothing works. Does anyone know how to fix this problem??

srry i got it wrong its rune-time error "384" a form can't be moved or sized while minimized or maximized

and then it freezes and shuts down and says the instructions at "0x016970d0 referenced memory at 0x00000be4" The memory could not be "read"
